Swift notch up record sales at The Lawns show

The Swift Group enjoyed huge success at The Lawns show by notching up tourer sales worth £2 million in just one weekend.

The figure is an outstanding 32 per cent up on last year’s show, making this year’s event at Cottingham, East Yorkshire, the best ever.

Swift best sellers at the show were the all new Abbey Vogue – with its design detail, fresh styling and high equipment level – and the recently overhauled Swift Charisma which now enjoys more style and specification than previous models at a very similar price.

Swift Group Marketing Director Richard White said: “Despite atrocious weather we had our best ever Lawns show. Major improvements have been made in all our brands this year and these have clearly gone down well with the public.

“Caravanning is a “safe” holiday and more people are giving up the hassle of flying to enjoy a more relaxing family holiday.”

The Swift Group has notched up a series of successful product launches in the last few months.

These include the hugely successful launch of its three new low profile motorhome ranges – the Ace Airstream, Bessacarr E500 and Swift Bolero – and the all new Abbey Vogue, which offers exclusive appeal and more space and specification than any other range in its price category.
